UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 34855/2014

Mr. K. Rajeev, Adv. shall cure the defects within a period of four weeks in I.A. for intervention filed by him.

Ms. Pratibha Jain, Adv. shall clarify her status in the Vakalatnama filed by her as it is not clear.

Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the LRS of deceased Respondent no. 1.

List again on 18th January, 2016.

Four weeks time is given to learned counsel for Respondent no. 2 and 3 to cure the defects in the Vakalatnama filed by him.

In other matters learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the unserved Respondents within a period of four weeks as a last chance. Served respondents who have not filed counter affidavit shall be at liberty to file the same within the period stipulated above.

An Application for substitution on behalf of the deceased respondents shall be placed before the Hon'ble Judges in Chambers.
