UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner has been convicted for an offence punishable under Section 468 IPC and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year. However, material on record shows that the petitioner is suffering from Chronic Kidney disease and is to undergo dialysis on regular basis. Therefore, application for exemption from surrendering is allowed. The matter be listed before the Court.
