Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos.2-8, 10-18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 30, 33, 35, 37, 38, 40-42, 48 & 49 within a period of four weeks.

Respondent Nos.1, 44-46 and 50 are granted four weeks' time, to file counter affidavit. Service is complete upon the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
