In SLP(C) Nos.1317/10, 934/10 Respondent Nos. 7, 8, 19 and 27 respectively are reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the petitioner in the above cases is granted four weeks time for taking fresh steps against the Lrs. of the respective deceased respondents. In SLP(C) Nos.31395/09, 15469/09, 18423/09, 15659/09, 7466-71/10, 11294-306/10, 7463/10 Ld.counsel for the petitioner in each case is granted four weeks time as a last chance for filing the respective proof of dasti in relation to unserved respondents. In SLP(C) No.31395/09 Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time as a last chance for taking out the Chamber summons in the Substitution Application.
In all the remaining cases service is incomplete. Ld.counsel for the petitioners are granted four weeks time for taking fresh steps by registered post acknowledgment due and dasti if required. If steps are taken, issue notice. Await return of notice. List the matter on 5.07.2011.
