It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 88 days in filing the SLP against the Judgment and order dated 02.05.2016 of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in LPA No. 125 of 2016 and 252 of 2016.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 15463 of 2016 arising out of same judgment order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th August, 2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 08th August, 2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 11267 of 2015 referred to on Annexure P10 was dismissed/disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 17th April, 2015. (Copy of the Order dated 17th April, 2015 is included in the SLP paper books as Annexure P10 on page no. 193).

It is lastly submitted that the Counsel for the Petitioner has on 10th November, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that the orders dated 14.2.2010, 18.7.2014, 3.7.2007 and 5.5.2015 and representation dated 15.12.2014 mentioned in the impugned order are not necessary of hearing of the present SLP.(Copy of the letter dated 10.11.2016 is included in the SLP paper books at page no. 267)

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report. Dated this the 23rd day of November, 2016.
