It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file the additional documents but counsel has not filed the same, so far.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 236 and 79 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition filed against Order dated 09.12.2014 respectively and counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the SLP to condone the delay of 236 and 79 days respectively.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
