We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court.
The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. However, we make it clear that all retiral benefits as per the entitlement should be given to the legal representatives of the deceased – Keshav Prasad Shukla within a period of three months from today.
