UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER
- Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has handed over a nature Not Verif The containing the suggestions/conditions on behalf of the $7:42:57$ petitioner in terms whereof, the custody of the child will remain

with the respondent-mother along with the requisite visitation rights in favour of the petitioner. The suggestions also pertain to the academic pursuits of the child in certain better schools than the one he studies now.
2. Let the respondent objectively consider all these suggestions and apprise us of the same on the next date of hearing.
3. Post the matter on 06.12.2024.
4. Since we are exploring the possibility of amicable settlement, further proceedings in G. Reg. Case No.59179/2023 pending before ACMM-12, Jaipur Metro.-I and Criminal Revision No.587/2023 pending before ADJ-5, Jaipur Metro.-I shall remain stayed.
