Learned counsel points out that respondent no.2 namely K. Bharathi, D/o R. Kumar in the SLP is the victim and as such, no other person; much less Respondent No.3, is required to $\mathsf{be}$ impleaded as a party.

Ordered accordingly.

Order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that the amount deposited by the petitioner shall be directed to be released in favour of respondent no.2 instead of pondent no.3.
