This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of HMOP No.88 of 2014 titled as "Dr. C. Sudhakar Vs. R. Kavitha" pending in the Court of Sub-ordinate Judge, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, to the Court of Principal and JMFC Civil Judge Senior Division at Kolar Gold Field/KGF, Karnataka.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied with the averments made in this petition and deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of Principal and JMFC Signature Not Verified Civil Judge Senior Division at Kolar Gold Field/KGF,
