This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of OP(H.M.A.) No. 113 of 2022 titled as "Prince Prakash Nair Versus Renjini Radhakrishna Kurup" pending before the Family Court, Kottarakara, District Kollam, Kerala to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Pune, Maharashtra.

Despite service of notice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, OP(H.M.A.) No. 113 of 2022 titled "Prince Prakash Nair Versus Renjini Radhakrishna Kurup" is ordered to be transferred from the Family Court, Kottarakara, District Kollam, Kerala to the Court

of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Pune, Maharashtra.

The parties shall record their presence before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Pune, Maharashtra on 08.05.2023.

Let the record of the case be transferred to the transferee court without delay and intimation be sent to both the courts through e-mail for compliance.

It shall be open to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through Mediation before the Transferee Court.

The parties are at liberty to participate in the proceedings either physically or through virtual mode with prior permission of the transferee Court.

The Transfer Petition is accordingly allowed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
