The Writ Petition above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. Sayid Marzook Bafaki, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner.

It is further submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 623 of 2016, arising out of similar issue, was listed on 08.08.2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. The matter is pending before the Court and is updated for listing before the Hon'ble Court on 02.01.2017. (Copy of the order dated 08.08.2016 is enclosed herewith.)

It is lastly submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has on 06.12.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents alongwith Annexures A-1 to A-4. But the same are defective as some pages of the Annexures A-1 to A-3 are illegible and are in dim impression. Annexure A-3 is in vernacular language and its translation has been filed but the application for exemption from filing official translation has not been filed. A letter has been issued on 08.12.2016 to the counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects. However, the unregistered application is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The Writ petition above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
