The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 27th September, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Defects in the application for impleadment in C.A.No.8444/2009 be cured within two weeks time. Registry thereafter to process under rules."

It is submitted that Mr. Ankur Prakash, Advocate, has only on 19th December, 2016 cured the defects in the application for impleadment (in C.A. No. 8444 of 2009) on behalf of party respondent but the same is barred by 62 days. The Counsel has not filed applicaiton for condonation of delay. However Counsel has filed a letter requesting therein for condonation of delay. (Copy of the letter is enclosed herewith).
