The matters above-mentioned alongwith other connected matter was listed on 4th December, 2009, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on board. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. Leave granted.

Mr. Nishe Rajan Shonkar accepts notice on behalf of Madras High Court Advocates Association and Tamil Nadu Advocates Association.

In the meanwhile, operation of Clauses (b) and © of direction No. 3 under the heading 'Direction to the Government' shall remain stayed till further consideration. However, it is made clear that this order shall not prevent State Government from taking appropriate action in accordance of law."

Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Ankur Prakash, Advocate, has on 11th February, 2016, filed an application for impleadment (in C.A. No. 8444 of 2009) on behalf of party respondent but the same is defective as Page 1 and main prayer of the application is contradictory(Interlocutory Application filed in one matter only whereas main prayer mentioned all numbers of Civil Appeal), application is not served to all the Counsel in the matter and number of impugned order has been mentioned wrongly in Para 1 of the application. The Counsel has not so far cured the defects in the application despite this Registry's letter dated 15th February, 2016.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
