Learned counsel Ms. Bhumi entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4.
It is seen from the office report dated 20.09.2023 that the learned counsel for the appellants has failed to comply with the orders passed by the Court and the procedures prescribed. As prayed, two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellants to do the needful.
This shall be subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/ to be deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Registry to ensure that copy of this order is electronically transmitted to the office of Chief Secretary, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
It is clarified that if the order is not complied within the aforesaid time, the appeal shall stands dismissed for nonprosecution without any further reference to the Court.
In the meantime, the appearing respondent, if so desired, shall file their response.
