UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that applications for substitution along with condonation of delay and setting aside abatement in respect of deceased respondent no.1 has been filed.

Mr. R.K. Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that he has instructions to represent the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1, as such he may be granted two weeks' time to file vakalatnama on their behalf.

Accordingly, application for substitution is allowed after condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement.
