HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.T. RAVIKUMAR CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR
For Petitioner(s) Dr. Menaka Guruswamy, Sr. Adv. Ms. Amrita Panda, AOR Mr. Sri Aditya Kumar, Adv. Mr. Lavkesh Bhambhani, Adv. Mr. Utkarsh Pratap, Adv. Mr. Harshwardhan Thakur, Adv.
For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
The petitioner seeks leave to challenge the judgment and order 01.05.2023 in WPCR No. 410/2018 passed by the High Court of dated Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur. Having heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the order impugned in exercise of power under Article 136 of the Constitution of India, 1950. That apart, we find that Cr.M.P. No.1574 of 2017 is still pending before the High Court. In such cumstances, it would be open to the petitioner to raise all contentions which are legally permissible to be raised in that petition.
$\mathbf{1}$
Subject to the above observations and liberty, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
