UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Sanjiv Sen, learned Senior Counsel at the very outset Mr. points out how the ratio in Indore Development Authority vs. Shailendra reported in 2018 3 SCC 412 should operate in matters of ing sed land acquisition proceedings, under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Two divergent views are

taken by two different Benches of this Court. The issue was accordingly referred for adjudication by a three-Judge Bench. The counsel would point out that the three-Judge Bench is in seisin of the matter in Civil Appeal No.11857 of 2016 (Government of NCT Of Delhi Through Secretary, Land And Building Department Vs. M/S. K.L. Rathi Steels Ltd) and other connected matters.

Noting the above submission, the matter stands adjourned by a period of eight weeks.
