Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted, to Respondent No. 3, to file counter affidavit.

Despite last chance, having been granted, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to effect service upon Respondent No.1.

However, as requested, one final opportunity, be granted take necessary steps, within two weeks.

If, steps taken, notice be issued and list again on 17.8.2022.

In case of non-compliance, matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
