Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 9, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25 and 28 have been served but no one has entered appearance.

Respondent Nos.3, 10, 11, 12 and 15 have already filed counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.13, 16, 19, 22, 24 and 27 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last and final opportunity. Further opportunity is declined.

Registry to update the database with regard to the name of the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.24 in the Cause List.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.26 and 29 for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 20 to 23, 25, 28, 30 and 32 to 49 have been served but no one has entered appearance.

Respondent Nos.10 and 16 have already filed counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.3 and 11 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention at the time of listing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.15, 26, 29 and 31 for filing counter affidavit.

Opportunity to respondent Nos.18, 19 and 27 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Despite last opportunity, fresh steps for service of respondent No.24 have not been taken.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps alongwith fresh and complete address of respondent No.9 within two weeks, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued.
