The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 02.12.2013 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat at Jabalpur in SA No. 555/2012.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 254 days in filing the special leave petition and further delay of 379 days in refiling the same and counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications in support, thereof.
