UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The applications for permission to file the Special Leave Petitions are allowed.

2. Issue notice re: condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petitions, returnable on 14.10.2024.

3. Mr. Amit Pai, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 in D.No.3155/2024.

4. Mr. Prashant Shrikant Kenjale, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.11 to 14 in D.No.3234/2024.

5. The other respondents be served through the standing counsel as well as through dasti process.

6. Counter affidavit be filed within six weeks.

7. If anyone amongst the petitioners has already been appointed pursuant to the subject selection, the services of such appointee shall not be terminated on the basis of the impugned judgment passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay.

8. It is made clear that all the appointments shall be subject to the final outcome of these Special Leave Petitions.
