"SLP(C) No.31231/2014

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said affidavit.

SLP(C) No.5587/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 17.09.2015 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.79.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.14 to file the counter affidavit.

List the matter again on 12.02.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate has on 30.09.2015 and 27.10.2015 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Counter Affidavit is defective as proof of service on Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate has not been filed despite letter dated 17.11.2015.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 16.12.2015 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but No Objection Certificate from Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate has not been filed. Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 has failed to file Counter Affidavit within the time granted.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three respondents.

SLP (C) No. 5587 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps regarding service of Respondent Nos. 79 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. R. C. Kaushik, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 14 has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate has filed affidavit with proof of service regarding respondent No. 6 without stamp.

It is further submitted that Dr. Monika Gusain, Counsel has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of petitioner but the same is found defective for the reason that he has not taken 'No Objection' from erstwhile Counsel. Hence, his name is not updated in the Computer data.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
