" Delay condoned. Issue notice, retunable within six weeks. Dasti, in addtion, is permitted. Status quo, exiting as on today, shall be maintained till the next date of hearing."

Accordingly, show cause notice to both the respondent was issued on 20.03.2015 by Registered A.D. Post as well as dasti.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 23.09.2015 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of both the respondents but no counter affidavit has been filed.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 20.11.2015 filed an application for impleadment as party respondent along with Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of applicant, same is registered as I.A no.3.
