UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Taken on Board. These three special leave petitions are directed against the interim order dated 14.11.2011 passed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.28951 of 2011. We are not inclined to interfere. In the facts of these cases, the petitioners 3

would be at liberty to approach the High Court for modification/vacating the impugned order. In the facts and circumstances of these cases, we request the High Court to dispose of the application of the petitioners within 15 days from the date of filing of the same. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the cases. These special leave petitions are dismissed with the aforementioned observations and direction.
