The proceeding, transfer of which has been asked for has been instituted in the Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi and the petitioner wants the proceeding to be transferred to Family Court at Faridabad, Haryana.

Considering the approximate distance between these two places, we do not think any hardship will be caused to the petitioner if the said proceeding continues in the Court in which it is instituted. However, in the event the petitioner wants to put in her appearance through virtual mode, she shall be at liberty to make appropriate application before the said Court. Signature Not Verified
