It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Akshat Goel, Advocate on 10.11.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 07.10.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 5203 of 2014 along with the applications for permission to file additional documents, exemption from filing official translation and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 07.10.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 69 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 30.03.2015.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
