It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate on 06.11.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 21942 of 2013 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.30780 of 2015 Entitled Anant Raj Ltd. (Formely Anant Raj Industries Ltd.) Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of same Judgment was directed on 23.11.2015 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 23.11.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhay Kumar, Advocate has filed Caveat on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service of SLP upon the Caveator/Respondent No.1.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
