It is submitted that there are nine respondents in this matter. As per fresh tracking report,(Copy enclosed) in respect of Respondent No. 1 item booked at Supreme Court no further details found. The counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent No. 3 so far. Respondent Nos. 2 and 6 has been served as per tracking report. Mr. E.C Agarwala, Advocate and Mr.Abhay Kumar, Advocates are appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 45 and 79 respectively. But counsel for the respondent Nos. 45 and 79 have not filed Counter Affidavit as opportunity to file Counter Affidavit in respect of respondent Nos. 45 and 79 has been declined

by Ld. Registrar's order dated 1.2.2017.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
