It is submitted that there are nine respondents in this matter. Mr. Abhay Kumar, Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 13. Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 46 and Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent No. 9. A.D. card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 7 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the Respondent No. 8. The counsel for the petitioner was directed by Ld. Registrar to take fresh steps in respect of respondent No. 8 but counsel failed to take fresh steps.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 15.12.2016 when inter alia the following order was passed :

SLP(C) No. 32798/2015

Opportunity to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Respondent nos. 4 to 6 and 9 have not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity is declined.

None appears for respondent no.7 despite due service.

Fresh steps for effecting service on respondent no.8 have not been taken despite last opportunity having been granted. Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers alongwith appropriate detailed office report for further directions. List again on 1.2.2017."

It is submitted that Mr. E.C Aggarwala, Advocate for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent No. 8 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 8.

The office report on default in the matter mentioned above is listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber).
