It is submitted that Mr. Abhay Kumar Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 79 so far.Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

It is submitted that Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate has on 29.3.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 9 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Abhay Kr., Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 13 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 4 and 6. But no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 8 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not completeon respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 8.

It is submitted that Mr. Tushar Bakshi, advocate has filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 9 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 14 and 68. But no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the Respondent No.5.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent no. 5.

It is submitted that Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 9 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Abhay Kumar, Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 13. But he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 4 and 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received from the Respondent Nos. 56 and 8.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.4.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 30780 of 2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP, hence show cause notice could not be issued.
