It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2011 and correction order dated 07.11.2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Cross Objection C.M. No. 7477/2010 in LA. APP. No. 713/2010 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 158 days) and application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased petitioner alongwith condonation of delay in filing substitution application (regd. as I.A. Nos. 2 & 3) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 22279-22285/2013 @ CC No. 17246-27252/2012 arising out of common relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, C.A. Nos. 5480-5486/2013 have been registered. Copy of order dated 08.07.2013 is marked as Annexure P-7 at page No. 83 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of orders dated 21.03.2003 & 19.03.2004. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 'Nil' and the same is placed at page No. 96 of SLP paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
