UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

In continuation of order dated 26.09.2023, we are informed 1

that the learned Judicial Magistrate has dismissed the discharge application and framed charges. The trial is yet to commence. We are further informed that the petitioners did not appear on one of the date of hearing, as a result of which their bail bonds were cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued. The petitioners, however, have now entered appearance and furnished fresh bail bonds.

2. The petitioners undertake to appear before the Trial Court on each and every date of hearing save and except when they are exempted from personal appearance, subject to the conditions contained in paragraph 6 of this Court's order dated 26.09.2023.

3. The Judicial Magistrate, meanwhile, shall fix the schedule of trial. A copy of such an order to be passed by the Magistrate be produced before this Court on the next date of hearing.

4. Post the matters for hearing on 21.03.2024.

5. Interim protection to continue.
