The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court

on 24.03.2017, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 & 6 have stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to them by the petitioner. Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the above Ld. counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld. counsel for the above respondents shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No. 2, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

The respondent Nos. 7-11 have been deleted from the array of parties.

Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 12.

As per tracking report, notice sent to the respondent No. 4 has been received back undelivered. Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the said respondent within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

List the matter again on 04.05.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 25.03.2017 filed proof of service on behalf of petitioner to provide the copies of pleadings to the counsel for the respondents nos. 5 and 6, but counter affidavit has not been filed by both the counsels. Service is complete in respect of Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance so far. Notice issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 12 by Regd. AD Post on 23.12.2016. As per Track Report shows "Bag received at Almora HO" in respect of Respondent no. 1, "Bag Despatched to Karnikot" in respect of Respondent no. 3 and "Bag Despatched to Neemrana" in respect of Respondent No. 12.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps and has not filed fresh particulars in respect of Respondent No. 4.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 12.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's court with this Office Report.
