Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.5 & 6 have stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to them by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the above Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel for the above respondents shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.2, but no Signature Not Verified $\mathfrak{g}_{\mathbf{0}}$ has entered appearance on his behalf.

The respondent Nos.7-11 have been deleted from the array of parties.
