UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 Special Leave Petition (Crl) No 2321 of 2022 has been instituted by the State of Karnataka against the judgment of the High Court dated 13 December 2021 by which the charges against Accused No 2, who is the spouse of the petitioner were quashed.
• 2 Some of the issues which have been raised by the State of Karnataka in the above Special Leave Petition are likely to have a bearing on the issues which arise in the present proceedings. Hence, these proceedings shall be tagged with Special Leave Petition (Crl) No 2321 of 2022.
