The matter above-mentioned has been filed by M/s. Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Advocates, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 8th September, 2011 of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P. No. 16341 of 2009. There is a delay of 356 days in filing and 962 days in refiling the SLP.

It is submitted that Special leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 16551-16555 of 2012 @ SlP (C) CC Nos. 7650-7654 of 2012 arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th May, 2012 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 8th May, 2012 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners have filed a letter dated 20th August, 2015 stating therein that the documents dated 1st July, 2009 and 18th July, 2009 were the part of SLP (C) No. 39483 of 2013 etc. which is pending for hearing. Copy of the letter dated 20th August, 2015 is already included in the Paper Books at Page No. 278.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 10th Day of September, 2015.
