The matter above-mentioned has been filed by M/s. Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Advocates, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 8th September, 2011 of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P. No. 22387 of 2008. There is delay of 310 days in filing and 956 days in refiling the SLP.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2943 of 2014 @ SLP (C) CC No. 10851 of 2013 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th January, 2014 along with other connected matters when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP (C) Nos. 16551-16555 of 2012 and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 13th January, 2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Office Report on Default with regard to not filing the Proof of Service of the complete set of SLP Paper Books on Mr. S.S. Shroff, Advocate/Caveator was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 3rd November, 2015 and again on 15th February, 2016 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time, by way of last chance, to file proof of service on Mr. S.S. Shroff, Advocate/Caveator."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22nd February, 2016 filed the proof of service of the complete set of the Special Leave Petition on Mr. S.S. Shroff, Advocate/Caveator.

Hence, the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. Dated this the 26th Day of February, 2016.
