petitioners submitted that they are ready to comply with the said order, however the directions to decide the Original Application within reasonable period may be issued.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned, which is interim in nature. The special leave petition stands disposed of.

On deposit of the amount by the petitioners, it be released to respondent subject to undertaking as per the order impugned.

However, we request the CAT to decide the Original Application as expeditiously as possible.

We further make it clear that contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with.
