Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The Block Development Officer, Thal, Taluka-Alibag, Distt. Raigad, Maharashtra, is directed to ensure that the 'otlas' are removed by the respective parties. If they are not voluntarily removed, the Block Development Officer may take the assistance of the police to remove the same and furnish compliance report to this Court.
