In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Marriage Petition P.A. No.801 of 2014, titled as "Prasad Narendra Deshpande versus Mrs. Poonam Prasad Deshpande", pending in the Court of Family Court, Pune at Pune. "

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent through registered A. D. Post on 21-01-2015.
