It is submitted that Ms. Pragati Neekhra, counsel of respondent no. 1 has filed counter affidavit which is barred by time by 4 days but he has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing counter affidavit. As the matter is on board, document is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit, so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent no. 2.

Service of show cause notice in respect of respondent no. 2 is not complete.

It is submitted that Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate has filed vakalat/appearance but not filed counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent.
