"Issue notice. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, learned AdvocateonRecord who is on caveat, accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of the respondents. Status quo as of today shall be maintained. List after six weeks. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent no. 1 through Advocate and respondent no. 2 on 10.10.2014 by Regd. A.D. post. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent no. 2.

Service of show cause notice in respect of respondent no. 2 is not complete.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Issue notice on the special leave petition as well as on prayer for interim relief. Tag with SLP(C)No. 22012 of 2014. Dasti in addition."

Accordingly, show cause notice directly as well as dasti, was issued to the sole respondent.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti of show cause notice. Service of show cause notice on sole respondent is still awaited.
