The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

6 th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The report of the Local Commissioner dated 8.1.2015 has been made available in the sealed cover. The Registry is directed to attach copies of the same to the paper books. List again on 20.04.2015."

Subsequently, the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th July, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the respondent has circulated a letter seeking an adjournment so as to enable him to file counter affidavit.

Prayer is allowed.

Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks from today.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a further period of four weeks.

List after eight weeks."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Ramakrishna Prasad, counsel for the sole Respondent has on 8 th September, 2015 filed counter-affidavit and the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. K. Shivraj Choudhuri, Advocate for the petitioner has on 14th September, 2015 filed Rejoinder Affidavit and the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

Service is complete.

It is lastly submitted that pursuant to the Hon'ble Court's order above-mentioned, the report of the Local Commissioner dated 8 th January, 2015 has been included in SLP paper books at Page Nos. 197-211.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
