The Special Leave Petition has been filed against the Judgment and final Order dated 11th August, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in S.A. No. 221 of 2005.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 6 days in refiling the special leave petition has been condoned vide Addl. Registrar I-B vide Court's Order dated 17th December, 2014.

It is further submitted that Mr. K. Shivraj Choudhuri, counsel for the petitioner has on 24th December, 2014 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents. The same is registered as I.A No. 6 and is circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
