The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

20th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice.

Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the special leave petition to the learned counsel for the respondent along with the report of the Court Commissioner within three days from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to file counter affidavit within four weeks. List thereafter."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 27th April, 2015 to sole Respondent through Mr. G. Ramakrishna, Advocate. Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the sole Respondent has not file counter-affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of serving the copy of SLP along with the report of the court commissioner to the learned counsel for the Respondent so far.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
