the Hon'ble Court with connected matters on 23rd February, 2017, when the Court was pleased

to pass the following Order :

"I.A. NOS. 1722, 2328 IN CIVIL APPEAL NO(S). 32533254/2016 AND I.A. NOS. 716, 1720, 2122, & 2328 IN C.A. NO. 32563257/2016

All these I.As. shall remain on record. Until further orders we request the Court appointed Receiver not to proceed any further in the matter.

The respondent/appellant – Commercial and Industrial Finance Pvt. Ltd. shall inform the Court the extent of its sales made by it of the immovable property located in Andhra Pradesh (land); and/or the encumbrances made therein; and the extent of land in respect of which there is clear title.

The above information will be laid before the Court within four weeks from today. On the next date, further orders as may be appropriate will be passed by the Court.

The Receiver is requested to file a report of the work done till date."

It is submitted that pursuant to Order dated 23rd February, 2017, Report from Shri Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chief Justice (Retd.), Patna High Court, the Court Appointed Receiver has been received in I.A. Nos. 1722 & 2328 in Civil Appeal Nos. 32533254 of 2016 and is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court for kind perusal.

It is further submitted that pursuant to Order dated 23rd February, 2017, no document has been filed by the Respondent Commercial and Industrial Finance Pvt. Ltd. in Civil Appeal Nos. 32533254 of 2016, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate on behalf of Applicants has on 24th March, 2017 filed an application for impleadment praying therein to implead the applicants as respondents in C.A. Nos. 32533254 of 2016. The application is regisered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2930 and being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate on behalf of Applicants has also on 24th March, 2017 filed application for Directions alongwith applications for impleadment. The application for directions is regisered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 31 32 and being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. DATED THIS THE 30th DAY OF MARCH, 2017.
