Registry to report the status of respondent no.6. At this stage, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has mentioned that respondent no.5 in this petition is same as respondent no.24 of the connected petition SLP(C) no. 25016/2013 and respondent no.6 is the same as respondent no.25. In the former petition, opportunity of respondent No.24 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. Service of respondent no.25 is already complete with no presence. Service for respondent no.6 in this petition is also treated as complete with no appearance and opportunity for respondent no.5 is treated as declined to file counter affidavit.
