Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 has been filed. However, vakalatnama has yet not been filed by respondent Nos.2 and 3. Be filed within two weeks' time.

It is mentioned that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the petitioners in SLP(C) No.31070-31071/2012 and the said both petitions were directed to be got connected with the impugned petition. SLP(C) No.25017/2013

Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.1 and 5 is awaited. It is mentioned that both are these same petitions, however, being granted two numbers. Hence, the counter affidavit as has already been filed for SLP(C) No.25016/2013 has to be the counter affidavit for SLP(C) No.25017/2013 also. Registry to verify the status of both the SLPs to be the one petition only.

Service of respondent No.4 also stands complete but none has entered appearance.
