not be necessary to be adverted to. What is required is the specific guidelines framed by the competent authority.
A copy of the guidelines be handed over to learned standing counsel for all the States. Ms. Binu Tamta, learned counsel assisting Ms. Pinky Anand, undertakes to do the needful within one week hence. Learned standing counsel, who shall be getting the copies of the guidelines, can suggest further guidelines or any variation in the guidelines to suit their States or for improvement of the scheme in question. We may hasten to clarify that service of copy does not mean that they will come forward with filing of objections as the scheme has been framed singularly for the purpose of disposal of unclaimed dead bodies so that the dignity of the dead is maintained.
